We were in town for a wedding and stopped here for a late snack! Wow! Sure glad we did! Super friendly staff, fresh sushi, and the chicken pad Thai was the bomb! Wish we lived closer!
Great place for Asian cuisine. I have been there a handful of time and they have always been fast and polite. The decor is nice although the lattice on the ceiling felt a little out of place. If you like sushi look no further. Fresh and delicious. Also their Thai selection is very tasty as well.

Service was fast and friendly. The green curry, hot tea, and jasmine rice were really excellent. I'd be happy to eat here again.
My friend and I were driving back from my mom's and we decided to stop in Dubois for something to eat. We were originally going to Ponderosa, but we are both vegan, and we couldn't find out if we could eat anything there. I saw Japan One across the way, and as I love Asian food more than any cuisine, I mentioned it to my friend. We weren't too sure about it, since it doesn't look like a typical Asian restaurant, and thank goodness my friend looked it up. It had a good rating(unsurprisingly!) and so we decided to try it. Our server was incredibly friendly, gave us all the time with the menu (there's so much to choose from! that we needed, answered our questions... certainly pleasant! I'm very judgemental of my servers as I've been one myself, and I was very pleased with our service. The food was great, a little on the smaller portion size and just a tiny bit more expensive than I see around home, but I'm fine with that. I definitely recommend this place and I will be stopping again when I visit my mom!
