Horrible experience, very unprofessional/rude staff that doesn't care if their customers are waiting in line for 10 minutes and it wasn't even busy. I just walked out after realizing how unethical staff was. Certainly wont being going Chine One again!
We ordered two lunch specials at 11:30 and waited over an hour and a half to get it delivered. The girl on the phone gave me one price but then charged me more on my card later. When the food finally arrived it was freezing cold and was so bland it was not edible. The chicken and broccoli consisted of maybe half a dozen pieces of chicken and an insane amount of broccoli. The General tsos chicken had no flavor and no chicken...just dried out chunks of breading. We wouldn't have minded waiting so long and being overcharged if the food was good but I've never tasted Chinese food that disgusting. China one used to have great food and service but now it's just disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Chinese noodles taste like saltines and low mien has no flavor. I would rather have a ramen noodles or cup or soup

All in all, I do enjoy the food here and will definitely return!
I've visited China One several times, and the food is about average for a typical Chinese restaurant. The food is more on the "Americanized" side, which is honestly my preference as opposed to more authentic food that may be more on the bland side. I don't mean that to sound like a negative...I'm just trying to convey what to expect in a general means.
