I just wanted a normal nail polish manicure, but they would only let me choose gels or fake nails. When I asked about doing a french manicure, he said I'd have to use fake nails because he thought mine were too short (they're not). They're not willing to give you the service you want. The gels turned out nicely, but the technician clipped my skin so much that my fingers were bleeding. Overall not a good experience.
I just called from another State to purchase a gift card for my friend in Penfield,PA and they lost my business in one quick phone call. The fella that answered the phone barely spoke English. I asked him if DuBois was close to Penfield and he had no idea what I was asking. They don't take credit cards anyway...I thought most businesses knew about Square by now! Very unprofessional.
