I cannot believe how awful this place is. They won't admit their mistakes and give you your money back. They will just say "we can fix it". Why in the world would you want to go back for a second time when they messed up your hair in the first place? DO NOT GO HERE!
This is the worst hair color I ever got. I should have left my damaged highlights. I paid 190 freaking dollars and they ruined it. I kept asking her questions worrying and she wasn't worried said oh it will be fine. Now one side is practically black redish and the other is copper brown. I was trying to get an even dark brown.. :'( I'm frustrated. I do not recommend them at all. It took her a whole hour since she started one side and before she finished on the other side, then waited 30 min. And it looks terrible. I don't know what to do

I love this salon. The operators always have suggestions for my hair and they always do an awesome job at cutting and styling my long hair. Had a protein treatment last time and it was GREAT! Will do again!
