Very bad attitude from the female manager at the Dubois, pa. location, on 8/14/2016 around 5:45pm. I suggest your company leadership team check into this matter, as it will strongly effect your business. Her poor attitude and bad customer service skills show that she is in the wrong position, and clearly hates her job. I will not come back in your store if I had to deal with her again.

I have purchased a good bit from this store over the years and have always had a good experience, even when I had to return items. It's a good place for ammo, shooting supplies, and clothing.
Large selection of sports wear and gear. Lots of hunting and fishing stuff too.
Sadly, our only in town sporting goods options. School and recreation sports seasons start with limited options in both styles and sizes. And little to no assistance from employees. If it is not on the rack, forget it. Leaving town again.

Worst experience, only saw 2 people working, and both were at the register. I tried to buy a pair of work boots, after 10 minutes of standing there one of them finally asked me if I needed help, when I said yes and the size I needed, he went to look for them, he brought back a bigger size and said he didn't have the size I asked for, he then disappeared again while I tried them, surprisingly they were to big, I waited again for about 10 minutes but could not get any help to see if they had another size smaller or even a different style, there was literally nobody there that to help the customers unless you went to the register and got somebody, lousy customer service, I hope all their stores are not staffed like that.
