We use this service to take our kids to work programs, typically it is uneventful but the only time I had to change plans by a half hour I was treated poorly by the ATA dispatcher. I called to ask if the pick up could be moved back another 15 minutes at a location just down the road. The Dispatch said one second to call the bus then switched back to me raising her voice that I was scheduled to be picked at at 11. Then she hung up the phone on me. All I was doing was asking and she could have politely told me no. This would be understandable. As a paying customer I expect more. So the student's and I quickly got things together to leave and the bus arrived 15 minutes later anyway. Then pulled off the road for a few more minutes to type in his computer. Then after we were dropped at our location only 5 to 7 minutes away. I had to drive back out to pick up food that we had ordered. When doing this I saw the same bus sitting at Sheetz parking lot. He must have been getting lunch or some thing. No on is against him having lunch, just there was plenty of time to do lunch before and even if he was that stuck to his schedule the dispatcher didn't have to hang up on me for just asking a question. I think I'll go back to the dufast service. They are more accommodating and friendly.
A great supervisor to work for and the drivers go out of their way to assist the passengers they transport. As with any company there may be a few people who feel inconvenience from the service they get but when you compare ATAS service to others or how many people they transport each day, nobody compares
