I have been a patron of this store for about 10 years, mostly repairs and small purchases. They ALWAYS treated me like one of their best customers, even getting a watch battery replaced. I was recently looking to get a custom wedding band made to fit my grandmother's engagement ring, and these wonderful people did not disappoint me one bit.
