I use the DuBois store to help me balance my pool water. Take in a sample and they'll tell you exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done. Even though I did not get my pool from them - they still take their time to explain everything to me so I know what I'm doing. Very helpful.
All in all, I am extremely pleased with Seven Seas Pools, and have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family!
I recently bought a hot tub from the Seven Seas DuBois store. My experience with the staff was absolutely wonderful! They are kind and courteous and patiently answered all of my questions. They continue to be of great help with any and all questions I have. I would recommend this store and its employees to anyone. They are fantastic.!

The ladies here are fantastic; always smiling, friendly and helpful. Prefer this location to Clarion, but sometimes we do have to wait for certain chemicals to be ordered in. We love that they are pet friendly too!
I had a poor experience on my first visit to this Seven Seas store and posted about my experience online. To my surprise, the District Manager of the stores monitors their online reviews and through some diligent work, was able to get my work number. He called me to ask about my experience. I'm very impressed that this District Manager worked hard to find and contact me.
During the call he was very apologetic and was really focused on earning my business. We did talk about my experience at the store and he assured me that they took my experience very seriously. I felt the call was very genuine and that my patronage was very important to him. Based on this interaction, I will definitely give Seven Seas my business in the future.
I have been a Sevens Seas customer since 2012, and own both an In-Ground Pool as well as a Hot Spring Spa. The owner, Dan Carroll, helped the dream of creating a real "Outdoor Oasis" come true. As you can imagine, projects of this size can be very intimidating, with a myriad of options to be considered, and decisions to be made. However, with the aid of Dan's expert guidance, along with the great 3D modeling he provided to be able to visualize the finished project, the process was greatly simplified.
Their Customer Service during and after the sale has been excellent, as they are always there for me, whether I am in need of a Service Call, Water Testing, or simply to answer a question.
