Stopped here for a couple of drinks and a couple lottery tickets and the guy behind the counter was on his cell phone talking about hockey games. I stood there for 3 or 4 minutes with other people waiting behind me them when he was finally down with his hockey conversation he came over to the counter. When he got over to me with my couple of item on the counter he was rude. I put my wallet away and told the man nevermind. I WILL NOT be stopping here again!
Displaying gross negligence on a scale... well... not measured by the amt of inventory on the shelves mid week!! Supply n demand?? Or is it... "Dare I say?" " Demand you supply!" One must know when a WEEKLY order comes up short EVERY SINGLE TIME! Maybe... comprehensive analysys is in order! Avg the supply n demand? (#of items ordered÷days till gone)(remaining days in order period) Adjust accordingly! Taking into account seasons, holiday's, store hour differentials etc... Absolutely, the most under qualified, undignified, most horrendously self absorbed, and unpleasant employees! And I'm sorry but we the patrons, including many strangers colleagues and family, just don't get such behavior from a business? why isn't the owner taking action!!!??? He seems a decent man, as well as his kin. I suppose they may not realize the facts? The profit margins must be at least 10% loss on a WEEKLY basis! I'd guess its not been evaluated due to an inability STILL for the manager to command his role, and show an accurate quarter that fulfills the demand of the "East Side!" Of beautiful DuBois! So in all, I truly hope to see change for all involved who do think of growth and Dignity to be essential tools for success!
