There computers are done a good bit and when they are it could take between 1 to 6 hours for them to come back on to use your cards or bank cards and a good bit in altoona you can't get anything even cash till ther computers come back on
Things have really changed over the past twenty years up here! Thankfully, this Walmart has improved in most categories.
Long lines rude employees always on they phones and don't know nothing the $store has mostly the same stuff. Walmart.... pump ur game. Ur only worried about money. Not customers shame
The aisles make sense in arrangement and order. I can find things somewhat easily on my own.
The supercenter is great. We can almost always find what we need. Customer service is always hugely helpful any time we need it.
Walmart Supercenters are all quite similar, yet always *very* different as well.
I find this particular Walmart Supercenter to be well laid-out, and comfortable for those in power wheelchairs who need more room. There is a respectable amount of handicapped parking with the side lines to enable vans to extend ramps for the handicapped individual and wheelchair assistance in getting in and out.
This Walmart is very clean! Much more so than others we have visited while living elsewhere over the past 20 years.
The customer service is not always easy to find on the floor, though very friendly when found, or at the cashiers and return stations.
Walmart is nothing over rated, at one time it wAS a great place to work, but when Sam died & other people took over it changed drastically, what happened to treating the customers like they r someone you know? Now when u ask an employee where something is they turn in that direction & point their finger. Most of them do not have manners probably BC most of them don't care. Its just a job. I just have no interest in Walmart. None. Sure its convenient. But it doesn't matter what any of the incompetent higher ups do, BC they r not Sam Walton & they do not have the same beliefs that he did.
