The only drawback is with one way rentals from any location other than an airport. The rates are quite high the farther out from your destination you are. I believe eventually these cars make it back to their original locations and I have to wonder if you're charging that much money for that same car to go back to its original destination to the next driver?
I do have to say the service was very good people were very friendly. The staff made sure that I had a scratch and dent free and clean car to get into.
Absolutely the nicest rental place I have used. They were incredible to work with when my insurance company booked my rental through the office. Lindsay was extremely helpful and pleasant over that 2 week period.. She is the reason we will continue to use the Dubois location for all of our future rental needs.
They have very friendly service and they even give you courtisy call to see how everything is working out for you
The associate that helped me was not very engaging.. talked very little, not sure what to do with the info on his tablet. Manager was nice, I got a free upgrade because the car I reserved was not available
Great experience! I needed a one way rental from DuBois to Raleigh/Durham. The website did not show a one-way fee, but when I went in the office, they said it is usually computed by mile and would be about $250. They told me to show them the website where I was seeing no one-way fee and when I did, they waived it. On top of that, they had a Camaro SS that had come in and they offered it to me at the Full-size sedan rate! 455hp, 0-60 in 3.9 ... how could I not give a 5 star review?
