Was impressed with the date and time on the beverage containers. As to when they get refreshed. Cleanliness and speed.
They asked a person on break to jump in and help, since the drive thru was packed and there were 9 groups waiting to order...
I didn't see her sanitize her hands, but I'm giving her the benefit of doubt... Until she dropped our cups on the floor. And picked them up, and put them on our tray.
It was busy because of community days. The cashier was great and apologized for the delay. She said there were multiple call offs. No problem. We were happy to wait.
He said "no, I have 5 more minutes." And continued to play on his phone.
It seems to be asking too much for hot food. Our food has been cold the last two times we been there. So we won't be making that mistake again.
Then a woman who was emptying garbage cans jumped behind the counter and started bagging my food.
No thanks. If that's how business is done during busy times... Was my burger dropped and wrapped anyway??!?!! Nope. Never again.
She gave me attitude when I asked for cups that weren't on the floor. She grumbled, "we are busy you know".
The woman at the window was wonderful. Even though I know she was freezing she was so pleasant
This is where the problems begin.
Is it too much to ask that employees check food orders before giving them to drive thru customers? Please justify it? So now I'm home with only half of my order and out $6.
